SF Bay Area Cruise 2/29/04

Hey All, some of the Mach 1 local junkies convinced me to take another cruise through the "loop." That is a 100 miles "loop" through the local Santa Cruz Mountain range...100 miles 1200 turns...unreal scenery and deserted twisty roads!!! If anyone is interested in joining the drive, we meet at :

Physician's Plus medical Group
1391 Woodside Road Ste. 200, Redwood City, CA 94061

It is located on teh corner of Woodside Road and San Carlos Ave. in Redwood City. We meet in the parking lot promptly at 9AM...and leave at 9:30AM.

Directions from North Bay:

Take 280 South to Hiway 84 (Woodside Road) turn left and go about 1 mile...the two story Physician's Plus Center in located on your right side..at the corner of Woodside Road and San Carlos ave.

South Bay Directions:
Take 280 North to Hiway 84 (Woodside Road) turn right and go about 1 mile...the two story Physician's Plus Center in located on your right side..at the corner of Woodside Road and San Carlos ave.

East Bay Directions:
Take Dumbarton Bridge (Hiway 84) and keep following it...it'll turn into Woodside Road....keep going and at the corner of San carlos Ave and Woodside Road..is the Physician's Plus Center.

Hope some of you can join us. We take Woddside Road East, cross Hiway 35 (Skyline Blvd. Four Corners area) and proceed through the twisties to San Gregorio. At San Gregorio we take a left on Stage Road (be prepared for a rip roaring twisty drive here..a Mach 1 favorite!!!)..this leads us to the town of Pescadero...Pescadero Road to Gazos Creek...to Hiway 1 south. We then travel Hiway 1 south to Davenport and have lunch. Then back south on Hiway 1 to Bonnie Doone, Empire Grade to Felton, hook up to lower Hiway 9, Boulder Creek, Brookdale...then into Vista Point at the intersection of Skyine Blvd. (Hiway 35) and Hiway 9....It's a really fun drive..beautiful Mountain scenery and vivid Ocean coast lines!!!!
