ford mixing parts on my mach???

I was running some speaker wires under the carpet today and when I pulled the little plastic sill off from the driver's side to get under the carpet, I noticed something strange...on the under side it says convirtible....yellow. my car is DSG! now I don't know why ford would use a different part for the different colors sinse the interiors are the same, but I just thought it was strange. the other side is the same. any thoughts..... has anyone else pulled that strip out for any reason and happened to glance at the bottom? if not, would anybody mind doing that and letting me know. thanks!

Yup.

had the same thing in my 96 cobra.

Pulled the strip when installing the JMS Chip, and it also said Convertible Yellow.

Didn't notice on the mach when I pulled it for the SCT Chip.
