Ok so i have 18 x 9 black chrome mach 1 rims and *had* 265/35 gsd3's on her, just replaced them today. But anyhow i have two bent rims. Houston roads suck horribly, and I'm attributing this to potholes. Anyone else have similar experiences? I'll post some pics later today of it.

Low side walls and dubious quality wheels + potholes = Enough money spent to have purchased quality wheels in the first place Those chrome Mach1 look-a-likes aren't exactly BBS quality.

you have to take road conditions into consideration when selecting tires and wheels. Or have deep pockets. I'm sticking with my 17" wheels.

Very true, although I expected more from AFS.

That sucks. Shortly after I got the mach I hit something on the highway doing 70 and bent two rims. Local dealer wanted 469 for one rim. ahhaah I got 18x9 chrome rims from AFS instead. Had them now for 3 years and they still look great.

On a side note, I shipped two rims out via UPS and they managed to damage one and I called the same dealer to get a price quote and they still want 469 for them. lol

That just means its time to upgrade the wheels and tires :)

$575 is way to much for a stock wheel IMHO!
