I took my car to the chicasha oklahoma dealership and told them about the paint issues i was having, not only did they fix the hood and front bumper, they also took care of my rear bumper when they noticed that the paint was cracking and spiderwebbing out.

I expect alot of Ford employees are working hard for their money now that Ford is going to layoff several thousand employees. :hehe:
Nice to hear a good news story from a dealership.

I had them check to see if the tsb would be covered on the hood, and since i had alot of trouble with the other dealership i went to they said they would take care of the chips on the front bumper,as for the rear bumper the paint was starting to crack so they went ahead and redone it to.

Thank you to all. I bought my Mach used last fall. Didnt have much time to drive it before winter. Got it out last week and after reading on here and the Registry I started to look at what I thought were bugs on my bumper and hood. They werent. Yesterday I went to the dealership and told them about what I had read on this site and today it goes in for a warranty covered paint job on the bumper and hood. No questions asked. It is the dealership in Wis. Rapids, Wi. If it wasnt for all the info I read on here I probably would have been paying fo ir myself in the future. Thanks again fellow Mach 1 owners.

I guess I spoke to soon. They idiot dealership called me 2 days later and said they werent going to cover it. It took them two days to decide. I had a new chin spoiler waiting there for me. I told them to keep it. I was so amazed when they said they would cover it because their reputation is really bad in this area. I guess they still suck.
