Whistling when cold?

Hi all. I have an '04 Mach with 9700 miles. I never really drove it much last winter but over the last week (the Probe was in the shop) I've noticed a whistling sound from the car when driving for the first few miles in cold weather. I can't really tell where the sound is coming from. Anyone have a similar issue?

Weather stripping at the wing window maybe, mine whisltes some especially at speed on the highway, just doesn't seem like a real tight fit.

rub the weatherstripping with some armorall or silicon. That will help it seal better
