View Full Version : Pipe Bomb at the Dealership Today...

I just came back from the dealer to have 2 extra keys made and to get the passenger door panel looked at. It was pulling away up near the front top and they've ordered a new door panel for it. Anyway, while I was there a Deputy Sheriff had his cruiser in for some work and spotted a pipe bomb in one of the employee's cars by the garage bays. TPD, BCSO, SWAT, Fire Department and the Bomb Squad showed up. They evacuated the buildings and then used the robot to put the bomb in their R2D2 and detonated it. LOUD!!! I don't know if any charges are being leveled, but I don't think Rick McCotter (dealer owner) is going to be happy with the employee for stopping all business for about 3 hours. Doh! :457:

holy crap...makes you wonder why an employee would bring a pipe bomb to work?

Strange to say the least, but lucky the maker of the bomb never got the opportunity to utilize it...

Well, that's believable.... :lmao:

At least it's that, and not a situation where after he had detonated it and killed a few people that we have to hear his mother on the news letting us all know what a sweet boy he is, and he's not capable of something like that, there must be some mistake. :thud:

machths, I agree with your statement 100%, he was such a good boy, he would never do anything like that, I just do not understand, BULLSHIT! :beer:
