Getting a cruise down from Northern Cal. on Friday. Posted on the Registry and haven't gotton any responses.
A get together on Saturday at Hooters and getting together before entering on Sunday would be a good idea. Maybe, somebody from So. Cal. can set up a meeting place and send the address out.

Yea starting to get excited! Hopefully someone can scout out a meeting place. Last year we were a little to far away. But man what a BLAST

Well, we are about 3 weeks away. Friday night (4/16) a Mustang magazine (or some other related industry) is hosting a get together at Hooters by Angel Stadium. We could meet there for some wings and pics for Frank, and set up our meet time for the show on Sunday. That way we can all park together. Anyone have a bunch of ORG stickers for our Machs? Show some pride in our club here!!
Come on, folks! Who's in???

Anyone that needs a reg card, check the west coast section in the regional forums on the registry. Someone has one and cannot make the show this year.

I have two tickets to the amusement park that I can't use. They are good until May 2004. Anyone interested I'll let them go for less than face $40. I'll have them at the show.

OK folks...down to 9 days until the show. Friday night at Hooters, 7 pm, who is going?
Then we can meet at 7 am at the Buena Park Mall on Sunday so we can all get in together. I have posted this on the Registry as well. See ya there!

Word to the wise. Meeting at 7:00 AM is to late. I say it should be more like 6:15 to 6:30 and cruise to get in line by 6:45. Remember there will be in excess of 3,000 Fords attending. A little further away might be nice to run a little before the show. Ideas??

I was just thinking the closer we are to Knotts the better because it will be very early for a lot of folks. And you were right, 6:30 at the mall would be better. And for those unfamiliar, the mall is about 500 feet east of Knotts on La Palma ave. If you guys waana drive a bit before the show, we can do that too. But I'm gonna try to keep the car as clean as possible for the show, which means I don't want to put a lot of miles on her. But it'll be hard not to, I just love driving this Mach!

So the Hooters thing is on Friday not Saturday right? Or is there something on Saturday to?

Yes, Hooters is Friday night, 7 pm or so. Saturday is gonna be detail day because it looks like it may rain Friday night to Sat morning. There is also a classic Mustang cruise (info on Vintage Mustang Forum) on Sat.
