I've wandered over from Mach1Registry.com like some others. I am Donna, from South Carolina. Founder & President of the Upstate Mustang Club in SC. My love of Mustangs began when I rented a V6 Vert' for a trip to PA from SC. From there, I purchased a 2000 V6 hardtop that became my money pit. :hehe:
I have been working at a Ford dealership, and just couldn't resist a $3000 rebate + D Plan on a new Mach. I debated between it & a GT Vert, but in the end, the Mach won (no pun intended!) LOL When the deal was completed, I ended up with $3k rebate, $500 bonus cash, and D-Plan for a total price of only $23422.51
I went & picked up my new Torch Red baby on 9/17 in NC and drove it back to the dealership to complete the paperwork (saved the DT transfer fees). Only 37 miles on it when I got it. I will miss my 6 because I had put a lot of blood & sweat into that car & adored it ... and it was a very distinquishable car. Here is a linky ...

Let the fun begin. The Mach is missing a grommet under the shaker, which is on back order. The paint had BAD acid rain marks ... but thanks to Mequier's 3 step Paint Cleaner/Polish/Wax and my achy bones, the car looks beautiful now. My new shoes are on their way from AFS, the windows were tinted last weekend (stop #1 of course), the Flowmasters are in the trunk awaiting install, and all my billett pieces came out of the V6 and went right in the Mach ;)
