What's up with THAT?? Seems like some owners of 2003 Cobras have extreme contempt for Machs?? Makes you wonder sometimes...

Somebody posted about Jeff's 11.80's over on SVT Performance, and some of those guys made kinda nasty comments. Sounds like jealously or something. That, or they bought their Cobra for all the wrong reasons?

One thing I've found is that a lot of Cobra owners are cocky ... Yes, there are exceptions, I'm just saying a large percentage of them are cocky ... its like a pre-requisite to buy a Cobra. :p

LOL Funny thing is, you may seem cocky on the outside when people see/meet you ... but your probably a really sweet guy on the inside when someone gets to know you ...

Myself and a Friend who own 03 Cobra's have also Mach1's
We own Both....Another friend and Mustang Racer (JIM LAROCCA) went to buy a Cobra and decided to buy a Mach1 instead..

No Mach here.....yet.... still biting the bit. I love Mustangs. Bullitts, Machs, Cobras, .... So Jim V. Where in New York do you have room for 3 Stangs huh? LOL j/k. Harry put his 03 Cobra in the 10's, now you've both got Machs. You're shootin for 12's with an auto, what's Harry up to with his Mach?

Yes,, LaRocca is testing x pipes,,catback's Headers and catted x by KOOKS..He is tunning it..Doing heads..He is on a mission for a 350rwhp N/A Mach1

Very cool. I know Jimmy is looking at doing lots of testing and your "ALL MACH DYNO DAY" should give him some additional feedback, so you keep us posted. I know he visits some of these boards occasionally, but you let him work and then you report the results here..okay?:bna

You got that right! I had a 92 LX convert. (423rwhp) and damn that was a blast. If I can get 350 N/a that would be a great.

Jim L. Feels the 325rwhp can be reached without head work and cams but with headwork and cams 350+ who knows..
He is willing to do the R&D and We will have choices depending on what our goals are..

I saw the Jimmy L was hunting for an extra set of Mach heads. I think that Jeff (F/S Mach 1)has got to be running near that power, if not a tad over, and he has not had his valve covers off yet, so I know there is some more out there.

However, I do want to temper some of the higher power stuff with the fact that most of us will be using these cars on the regular street and need these upgrades to be road worthy...still another 30-50 rwhp with basic bolt ons and still NA is waaaayyyy coool :thumbs:
