We have installed a system here where members can create a personal home page. You can upload photos of your Mach1 and also add text, links, etc. It also allows you to have your own event calendar to use as you wish, as an appointment book, reminder or whatever.

You have to register for a user account, then create your pages. It can be somewhat tricky for a new user, but those of you with basic HTML experience should be able to make this work. There is also a comprehensive user manual in the interface, so if all else fails, read it! We will also do our best to provide assistance to you if you need help creating your member's personal page.

We have created a template called "mustang" that is a Mach1 theme. You may use it or create your own HTML page.

Here is a sample page, showing what you can create for yourself:

Nice feature Greg, I registered and browsed the home page and files there. This is going to be cool. I am a novice when it comes to web pages but I'm willing to give it a try.

If you need any help, let me know Tim. It might be confusing at first but it really is pretty easy to use.

Greg,

Okay, I tried a quick page. It's not what I'm used to with webpages as I normally use Front Page Express and FTP. Then basically do a cut and paste with hit-n-miss attitude, but I used your set up and just pretty much went blindly at it...
Here's what I cam up with after about 10-15 minutes....

Here's my new page attempt:

I could use an "undo" button and a way to change fonts and colors a bit easier...especially when I want to do some changes in the same sections. I also missed the text alignment selections...but then again I didn't go readin' none of the instructions.

Thanks,
Alex

You did fine Alex!

All the editing elements are there- you can change font very easily as well as font colors and styles and such.
look thru the manual or just play with the settings and you should be able to do quite a bit with it.
