We're in the process of setting up a system where you can create your own webpages here on Mach-1.org. You will be able to edit your pages as much as you like and store many graphics. You will be able to free-form HTML or create pages using our pre-made templates with a Mach 1 theme.

Thanks much! We're still tweaking the templates to match the website. As soon as it's ready. we'll incorporate the links into the website and you can get started!

Will you need help from the users for this or are the advertisers able to meet the needs?

You are very considerate to ask a question like that. Right now we are small enough in terms of membership that I can handle the bandwidth costs. I am able to code and script without having to hire an outside programmer, so that helps too. If things get to be hard to manage in terms of funds, we'll cross that bridge when we get to it.
I wish more people were as aware of how much goes into a website like this. I am impressed that you thought enough to mention that!
