I'm the new newby for right now haha, and my first post is going to be about insurance. I'm looking at the mach1 because it's a cool car and I get a discount on ford cars. So with that said how bad is insurance... I'm 17 clean record, I know it's going to be high I'm just trying to figure out how high... Thanks! :)

You can get a quote from the insurance companys, just give them as much info as you can and let them give you a number.
I am 40 something and the Mach cost me $25 a year more than a 2000 GT Convertible with the same coverage. Hope this helps and welcome to Mach 1 Mania.:D

It's going to really depend on rates in your area; I used to live in So. Cal, and the rates were 400% higher than they are here in WI. Being 17, with a true "musclecar" I would venture a guess that your insurance payment will exceed the car payment
